Describe your perfect weekend.
If I had my choice a perfect weekend it would be a day of fasting followed by a night with my family. A day at the Masjid to rest as I can learn more.
In this day and age it may not be as easy to do. but In-sha-allah I would consider that to be the perfect weekend.
How many kids would you like to have?
I love children. I would be nice to have 2 or more children. But I would be content with one.
How important is someone's physical appearance to you?
Not really. What is more important to me is the heart of a person. There patience. There compassion. At the end of the day I don't consider my self flawless, so I can not expect that from others. At the same time I would prefer someone who is trying to maintain themselves in Islamic manner over someone who doesn't. But I'm not tremendously picky about it.
What is the purpose of marriage?
I believe that marriage is the completion to the deen. Not just that, it is the completion of every man and every woman. To bring focus to one another, to feel comfort in one another, to feel safe in one another. It is like a place to shield you from many of the evils of the world. It is one of the many things next to Salat, Zakat, The Qur'an, and etc. that can (if used properly) shield you from committing a majority of the major sins in this dunya. At the same time it limits the creations of future mischief that may come from forbidden interactions between a man and a woman.
