Never Married
Dawakin Tofa, Kano
Are you interested?
In their own words

I thought he was the one.

Heartfelt salaams to you in this hopeful month of Dhul Qaida. Yes. It happened. Despite my best efforts to avoid winding paths to no where, I fell. Or rather stumbled, since we never actually met in person. Turns out he wasnt really looking for marriage. Just a sparring partner on the phone...and Lord knows what else. Two weeks was more than enough for me! So please if you are just looking for entertainment, sincerely, do not waste any more time reading me. (: Also, with all respect to my younger brothers, I appreciate you all profoundly. May ALLAH Most Gracious Bless you ALL, each with a good wife. Amen. Why Im not uploading a photo: Having read& SEEN so many wonderful profiles of inherently good & great people I feel obliged to explain. Ive never been very publicity seeking e.g. im a print journalist, avoiding both TV & radio. In my conservative environment advertising my single status with my face for all to see- potential husband or no (thousands of men, all over the world! Yikes!) - just makes my stomach do cartwheels.. ! But, I promise - if u 'get' what im saying then maybe u will be interested enough for me to shower u with a few photos!!! :) ( Smile) So I have faith - iman - that the impulse that brought me here will show me that man who needs a thoughtful, caring, unpretentious, fun, fairly accomplished & attractive! but shy woman, like me, as a wife. Masha Allah, jazakAllahukhairan for your kind interest.

Describe your perfect weekend.
Alone or with The one ( you) ? Alone: great scenery like a park or garden,or the beach, or at home, having cleaned & put all in order, a good book& a delicious salad, capped by a flavour-filled cup of tea & a great film before bed. With The One: more or less the same except for the book. That would be replaced by long, deep conversation undisturbed by the world!
